Following these art upload recommendations will help ensure the best possible results for custom DTF gang sheets, T-shirts, and hoodies. Properly prepared artwork leads to cleaner prints, accurate colors, and faster production.

Use High-Quality Artwork

Always upload high-resolution artwork. Low-quality or blurry images can result in pixelation and poor print quality. For best results, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size.

Preferred File Formats

We recommend uploading:

  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds

  • PDF files for vector-based or high-resolution designs

These formats maintain clarity and sharp edges during printing.

Transparent Backgrounds

Ensure your artwork has a transparent background. Avoid white or colored background boxes unless they are part of the design. Transparency allows for clean edges when the transfer is applied.

Correct Sizing

Upload your artwork at the exact size you want it printed. We print designs as submitted and do not resize unless instructed. Double-check measurements before uploading to avoid size issues.

Clean Edges & Fine Details

Make sure edges are smooth and details are clear. Extremely thin lines or very small text may not print well using DTF. Slightly thicker lines produce better results.

Text & Fonts

Convert all text to outlines or flatten fonts into the design. This prevents font substitution or missing text during printing.

Gang Sheet Layout Tips

If you are ordering custom DTF gang sheets:

  • Space designs slightly apart

  • Do not overlap artwork

  • Keep all designs within the selected sheet size

Proper layout helps with accurate cutting and clean results.

Color Expectations

Artwork should be submitted in RGB color mode. While DTF printing produces vibrant colors, minor variations may occur between screen display and final print.
