The T-Shirt Guy provides custom printing services including:

  • Custom DTF gang sheet printing

  • Custom T-shirt printing

  • Custom hoodie printing

All products are made to order based on customer-provided specifications and artwork.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received and artwork is approved.

3. Artwork & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, sizing, and design details are correct before approval. The T-Shirt Guy prints artwork exactly as submitted and approved and is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on order size and service type. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Custom Orders & Final Sale

All custom products are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of our services, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the issue is the result of a confirmed production error.

6. Reprints & Defective Products

If a product is defective due to a production error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. If approved, we will reprint or replace the item at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted. The T-Shirt Guy is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The T-Shirt Guy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

The T-Shirt Guy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
