All products are custom-made to order. Orders enter production only after:

  • Payment is completed

  • Artwork is approved

Processing time varies based on order size and service type. Production timelines are estimates and may change during high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable third-party carriers. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time begins after production is completed. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

Local customers in Centralia, Missouri may have pickup options available when applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates vary depending on package size, weight, and delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
