Refund policy

At The T-Shirt Guy, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of custom DTF gang sheets, T-shirts, and hoodies, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders – No Returns or Refunds

All custom products are final sale. This includes:

  • Custom DTF gang sheets

  • Custom T-shirts

  • Custom hoodies

Once an order has been approved and production has started, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready artwork.
The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Spelling or design errors

  • Color expectations based on screen display

Artwork is printed exactly as approved.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective due to a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Do not wash, press, or alter the item

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will reprint or replace the affected item at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order—changes are only possible if production has not yet begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
